Fundamentals of Effective Debriefing is an online course designed for healthcare educators to build essential debriefing skills in simulation-based education. This 4-week online course is divided into asynchronous pre-course work followed by a 2-hour synchronous session each week. Through hands-on practice and interactive modules, participants will gain practical experience and foundational knowledge to confidently lead effective debriefs.
